Radio host Darian O'Toole has died at an Oakland hospital following a long illness, AllAccess.com reports. She was 40. The NY Daily News said she died of respiratory failure. I am very saddened by this. I met Darian online through a mutual friend and she was a constant source of laughter. I hadnt spoken with her in a couple of years and had no idea about the illness. Darian was a bright spot in the world. Godspeed, crazy lady, you left your mark.
